Judging photos is no easy task, especially when there are hundreds of great shots to choose from. “A picture speaks a thousand words” becomes the mantra while looking for the images that capture a moment or a mood – or make you want to be there.

We found that all entries broke down into four categories: People & Lifestyles, Architecture & Inner City, Landscapes & Cityscapes, and Artistic & Objective.
